Our Amazing Bar and Service Options:

Customer Supplied Open Bar: Customer supplies all beer, wine, alcohol, mixers, soft drinks and ABC license. Cuisine and Company will provide bartenders, clear plastic glasses, drink stirrers, paper cocktail napkins, lemon, limes, and olives. Clients must bring all beer, wine, alcohol, mixers and soft drinks to The Yacht Club as early as 3 hours before the event. Please consult Cuisine and Company with amounts of products you need.

VA ABC License Online

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control requires that anyone hosting a private event where alcohol will be provided by the host and offered at no charge to guests (wedding receptions, retirement parties, etc.) in buildings, locations or areas open to the public; obtain a banquet or one-day license at a cost of $55.00.

Applications may be obtained and submitted online at www.abc.state.va.us and they will accept a credit card for payment. You may also make your application in person at any local ABC office. We highly recommend that you apply/submit your application minimum of (21) days prior to your event date. Upon issuance of the required permit, Cuisine and Company must receive a copy of this license (5) days prior to your event and the original license must be forwarded to your event coordinator and is required to be onsite on the day of the event. Without this permit, alcoholic beverages may not be served unless alcoholic beverages are supplied by Cuisine and Company and paid for by the client.

In the event that Cuisine and Company is responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages, Cuisine and Company will be responsible for obtaining and providing any required permits.

Cash Bar: Cuisine and Company will happily set up a cash bar with the total responsibility going to Cuisine and Company

Open Bar: Per hour price depending on guest count.

Consumption Bar: Customer decides what amount of money will be spent for the open bar. Minimum sale must be met.

Bar Setups: Cuisine and Company provides all mixers, ice and equipment for your alcohol.
