Signature Drink of the Week – Dolce Domani
Dolce Domani
Muddle half of a lime with 2.5 teaspoons of sugar until all the juice is extracted
Add 3 oz. of Ecco Domani’s Merlot
Add ice into a boston shaker and shake vigorously for at least 6 seconds
Pour all ingredients into a lowball glass or wineglass
Garnish with a lime wheel

Frozen Frangelico Coffee with Cream
Coffee and Frangelico, a hazelnut liqueur, are frozen and then topped with a billowing peak of maple syrup-flavored cream.
Ingredients:
4 cups strongly brewed chilled coffee
1 cup Frangelico
2/3 cup heavy cream
4 to 6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Directions:
Stir 4 cups strongly brewed chilled coffee and 1 cup Frangelico in a medium bowl. Transfer to freezer until slushy but slightly frozen, about 5 hours, stirring twice.
Whisk heavy cream in a medium bowl until soft peaks form. Add pure maple syrup; whisk until soft peaks return.
Divide coffee mixture among 4 large glasses; top with whipped cream, dividing evenly.
Signature Drink of the Week – Pisco Punch
Pisco Punch
Ingredients:
1 peeled, cored pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 bottle (750 milliliters) pisco (wine-searcher.com)
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from 4 limes)
Ice
Directions:
Combine pineapple with pisco in a nonreactive bowl. Cover, and refrigerate for 3 days (make sure fruit is submerged). Bring sugar and water to a boil; stir to dissolve. Let syrup cool. Stir 1/2 cup syrup and lime juice into pisco mixture. Fill 6 glasses with ice and punch. Garnish with soaked pineapple

When planning the beverage amounts for your guests, ask your caterer for a suggestive bar list. Cuisine & Company offers a variety of bar options for your event, to name a few, Full Bar, Cash Bar, Wine & Beer, non alcoholic drinks like refreshing agua frescas!. Included in most of your wedding package selections, Cuisine & Company will also provide one of our experienced bartenders. See your catering wedding package for more details!
The number of alcohol or non alcohol drinks will vary. We suggest you calculate the length of the party, the number of guests and the strength of the beverages.
For cocktails: You may figure that your guests will consume (2) drinks per person per hour for the first (2) hours and (1) drink per person per hour after that. Talk to your caterer to find out more about our bar setups: mixers, fruit, ice, coolers, bar equipment, etc.
For Beer: We suggest (5) six-packs of beer for ten people, based on a twelve-ounce serving unless your guests primarily drink beer.
For Wine: We suggest roughly half a bottle of wine per guest. The true number of bottles required will also depend upon your guests and how much they consume. You should get roughly (5) servings per bottle. Depending on the season, the temperature is also a factor in selecting which wine to choose for your guests.
Soft Drinks & Water: If your guests will be dancing the night away, make sure you provide plenty of non alcoholic drinks to quench their thirst. There are about (10) eight-ounce glasses of soda in a (2)-liter bottle.

Signature Drink of the Week – Kir Royale Champagne
Kir Royale Champagne Drink
Ingredients:
3 ounces (6 tablespoons) creme de cassis
1 bottle Champagne or other sparkling white wine
6 strips tangerine or orange zest, for garnish
Directions:
Just before serving, pour 1 tablespoon creme de cassis into each glass. Fill with Champagne, and garnish with zest.

PARIS MANHATTAN
Ingredients:
2 1/2 ounces bourbon or rye
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions:
Shake bourbon, vermouth, and bitters over ice. Strain into a cocktail glass; garnish with cherry.

Olive-Rosemary Martini
Ingredients:
2 ounces gin
2 teaspoons dry vermouth
1 rosemary sprig
Pitted olives
Directions:
To make, shake 2 ounces gin and 2 teaspoons dry vermouth with crushed ice; strain into a stemmed glass. Strip leaves from bottom 2 inches of a rosemary sprig, skewer through pitted olives, and add to the drink

Menning Mimosa
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange flavored liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
Prosecco, chilled
Fresh mint leaf
Directions:
In a Champagne flute, mix together orange juice, lemon juice, and liqueur. Fill with Prosecco. Garnish with mint leaf and serve immediately.

Palm Beach Infusion
5 large pineapples, cored and thinly sliced
1 bunch mint
2 liters (70 oz, or 2.6 bottles @ 750 ml each of Skyy Vodka)
Directions
Place pineapple slices in a large, non-reactive jar or other container with a lid. Pour the vodka over the the fruit and add the mint sprigs. Cover tightly and set aside at room temperature for 24 hours. Be sure to strain the vodka and discard the fruit. This infusion may be stored in refrigeration up to ten days.

A Midsummernight’s Dream
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Kirschwasser
1 tsp Strawberry Liqueur
5 oz Strawberries
oz Schweppes Russian
Best served in a Highball Glass.
Directions
Mix the strawberries in a blender and pour over ice in a shaker. Add the vodka, kirsch and strawberry liqueur to the shaker. Shake well, pour into a highball glass, and fill up with the russian water.
